Fall Foliage in Vancouver, Canada

My family went on a short trip to Vancouver, Canada during the last week of October. Although I have been there twice, this is my first visit during the fall season, and I am very happy to see vibrant foliage color all over town.

The first photo is at Quebec street between Union and Keefer. The red tree is Quercus coccinea and the yellow ones are Gingko:

The Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden has some nice color too. (Gingko and Japanese Maple):

Queen Elizabeth Park is very big and very well maintained:

Here is a quirky weeping conifer (Deodar Cedar?) that looks like a shaggy llama. It is located along the Sea Wall near the Sea Plane terminal:

    You seem to have some comments problem. The post sometimes appears with “comments off”.

    Very nice pictures of fall foliage. A bit of blue sky would have helped, too :-)
